Alternate Nostril Breathing
A simple breathing practice that helps calm the mind. You'll close one nostril while you breathe in through the other, then switch. Follow the triangle as it fills and empties.

One hand, one nostril
1Raise one hand to your nose. Use your thumb on one side, a finger on the other.
2Gently close one nostril. Breathe in through the open side.
3Switch sides and breathe out. The glowing half of the triangle shows the open side.
