Please read these terms before using humnplay.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them.
Hum n Play is operated by New View Advice, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Hum n Play,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Hum n Play offers wellness-themed games and activities intended for relaxation, reflection, and light everyday wellbeing. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Hum n Play is not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis or need medical or mental health support, please contact a qualified professional or, in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Site.
Some features (saving progress, saving entries, tracking play history) require an account. We use passwordless sign-in — you'll receive a one-time link by email. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's what controls your Hum n Play account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us at humnplay@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm the Site or other users.
Certain games let you create and save your own content (for example, a Gratitude Jar entry). You own what you create. By saving content through the Site, you give us permission to store and display it back to you as part of providing the feature — nothing more. We don't use your personal saved content for marketing or share it publicly, except where a feature is explicitly designed to be shared (we'll make that clear in the feature itself).
You're responsible for what you submit. Don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Please don't:
The Site, including its design, games, text, graphics, and other content (excluding content you create and save yourself), belongs to Hum n Play or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our permission.
The Site relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Resend, and Vercel) to operate. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers, though we'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hum n Play and New View Advice, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms, or add, change, or remove features (including introducing paid features in the future), at any time. We'll update the effective date above when we make material changes. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
